Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of delivery.
For orders that are delivered to you by our third party courier service, then:
1- All risk of loss or damage to the products in your order is transferred to you when we ship your order from our premises.
We (Gina’s Hair Beauty) are not responsible for any mistakes made by these services.
2-This service does not provide insurance, and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation/acceptance of our delivery terms.
If you are an international customer, you also agree that you understand that some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials.
After shipment from our facility, the transfer of responsibility is transferred to you, therefore, you will become the importer and will be responsible for paying any local taxes or duties, further assuming any liability under customs or import laws and regulations.
At Gina’s Hair Beauty, we make every effort to ensure that all products are in excellent condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective unit/product, we will be happy to exchange or refund the item.
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or refunded after photo confirmation approval and shipping/pickup.
Please contact our customer service department in case of any problem or failure before returning the unit so that we can advise you on how to return the unit to us.

Please note that Gina’s Hair Beauty does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, feel the color is not right for you or select the wrong cup size.
All sale/promotional items are considered final sales and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
All lace-up items: please note that if items have pre-cut lace, there is no refund option.

All salon services will not be refunded. A haircut will be retouched if necessary within 7 days of the service being offered. All coloring techniques are not guaranteed due to the difference in each client’s hair conditions. Depending on the case, a redesign will be offered within 14 days of the service being offered. A consultation is strongly recommended for any technical service.
When contacting us for certain extensions / wig coloring, the client must provide a quality of hair that matches my expertise. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the outcome of the hair you provide. To ensure a good result, we advise you to do it on some of Gina’s hair beauty products (quality that has been highly tested for good coloring results). Consultation is mandatory for this type of service.
All lots, fronts, closures, products and accessories are final sale, no refunds or returns will be allowed on these purchases.
Refunds will only be given in the event that the unit is damaged by us (a photo of all units will be saved and shared with you prior to shipping/pickup). Gina’s hair beauty does not suggest changing or bleaching an already bleached unit or 613 hair. Please contact our customer service.
All returns are reviewed by a professional team of hairdressers and if the returned unit has been altered in any way I.E. the unit has received bleaching, trimming or coloring bows, Gina’s Hair Beauty cannot be held responsible for any damage to the unit and it will be returned to you.
In case of a breakdown of your device, you must respect the following conditions:
You must contact the Gina’s Hair Beauty customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.
The unit must be in its original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in any way. We cannot accept returned units that have had the lace cut off or that have been worn. Be careful when trying the device and do not cut the lace. A photo stating that the unit is in its original condition with the lace will be requested before a return is allowed, failure to do so will result in the unit being returned.
Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
If your device is defective, we will tell you how to return it to us.
Refund (issued only if a unit is defective) will be returned via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may take up to 15 business days to process the funds in your account.
