In respect of orders delivered to you using our third party courier, then:
1- All risk of loss or damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises.
We( Gina’s hair beauty) are not liable for any errors made by these services.
2-This service does not provide insurance, and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation/ acceptance of our terms of supply.
If you are an international customer, you are also agreeing that you understand some countries have import restrictions on certain goods or materials.
After dispatch from our facility, transfer of liability shifts to you, therefore you will become the importer and will be liable to pay local taxes or duties, furthermore assuming all liability under any customs or import laws and regulations.
Here at Gina’s hair beauty, we do our utmost to ensure that all products are in excellent condition.
In the unlikely case that you do receive a unit / product with a fault, we are happy to exchange or issue a refund for the item.
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or refunded after photograph confirmation approval and shipment / pick up.
Please reach out to our customer care team if there is an issue or a fault prior to sending the unit back so that we can advise on how to return the unit to us.

All sale/ discounted items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
All laces items: please note if the items has pre cut lace there is no refund option.

All in salon services will not be refund. A cut will be retouch if needed with in the 7 days after the service was offered.All colouring techniques result are not guaranteed due to the difference in every client hair conditions. Depending of the case, a redo will be offered to you with in the 14 days after the service was offered. A consultation is highly recommended for any technical services.
When contacting us for some extensions/wig colouring, client must provide hair quality that meet my expertise. We do not guarantee and are not responsible of the outcome of the hair you provide. To insure a good result we advise it is done on some Gina’s hair beauty hair (quality that was highly tested for good colouring results). A consultation is mandatory for this type of services.
All bundles, frontal, closure, products and accessories are final sale, no refund or return will be allowed on these purchases.
Refund will only be Given in the case that the unit come damaged by us( a picture of all unit will be save and share with you before shipping/ pick up). Gina’s hair beauty do not suggest to alter or bleach a unit that was already bleached or any 613 hair. Please contact our customer services.
All returns are investigated by a professional team of hairdresser and if the returned unit has been altered in anyway I.E. the unit has been given bleach knots, trimmed, or coloured, Gina’s hair beauty can not take responsibility for any damage caused to the unit and it will be return to you.
If there is a fault with your unit you must comply with the following conditions:
You must contact Gina’s hair beauty customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.
The unit must be in original condition, unworn,uncut or altered in anyway. We can not accept returned unit that have had the lace cut or been worn. Please take care when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace. A photo detailing that the unit is in original condition with the lace will be requested before a return is permitted, failure to comply with this will result in the unit being returned to you.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If your unit is faulty we will advise you how to return the unit to us.
Refund ( only issued if a unit is faulty) will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 15 working days to process the funds back to your account.
